Rose Rouge

Launched from Van Cleef & Arpels in 2018 by Julien Rasquinet, Rose Rouge is an oriental floral fragrance for men and women. ...It opens with bright, fruity top notes of bergamot and blackcurrant with spicy notes of pink pepper. Fruit is also present at the heart of the perfume with notes of raspberry to which vetiver and rose are added. For the top notes a frosty touch of Pink Pepper combined into the heart note with those wonderful Turkish roses and the incomparable essential Rose accord. Blackcurrant Absolut from Burgundy lends the composition an irresistible, refined sweet and sour aroma. Vetiver and patchouli intensify the noble aura of the roses and lend them majestic elegance. For the finale, the nuances of the delicately bitter cocoa first merge with patchouli on the skin, then gently interweave with very high quality musk.
